It's movie making time again over here! Pleased to announce that we're in the throes of pre-production on Greengold's first feature film venture: Perverted Virtue. The film is the brainchild of Tetra Balestri, Los Feliz's poet laureate, and is set to be directed by the inimitable Milenko Skoknic. Summre and I are producing and I'll also be acting in the role of Grossman Bernard, a mystic computer geek. And here's the best part: you too can be part of this production. We've set up a Kickstarter page with the modest goal of raising $2500 (Avatar II this sucker ain't). Take a look here for more info and a silly little video we put together.
'This comic descent takes place under the sunny skies of Los Angeles, a city full of paradoxes and crushed dreams.'
Greengold Film is proud to present the following video we've produced for The Fader magazine in support of Daniel Arnold's journalistic pursuit of "The New Folk." Read all about it here. Supporting the effort was Sam Macon (who's entry in the Doritos "Crash the Super Bowl" contest can be watched and voted for here!). The video is a short portrait of the Entrance Band and their appearance at (((folkYEAH!)))'s recent Festival in the Forest concert. Enjoy!
Friends; as you'll notice I've made a number of adjustments to the website. If anyone has any trouble viewing anything please let me know. I've updated the "Projects" page and uploaded some photos from our recent spec commercial shoots. I've also posted a trailer for TSROAW - viewable here. Enjoy!
Pleased to announce that Greengold Film will be producing a set of three spec commercials to be directed by Anders Osterballe and shot by Aaron Meister. The specs will be produced by myself and Milenko Skoknic. For inspiration, Milenko directed me to this Cannes winning Cadbury commercial. Enjoy.
